Guarantee

We offer a 30-day money back guarantee for retail orders(except for custom orders, needle cases bigger than the standard size, fabric yardage, bags where pins have been put on and gift certificates; see below) You may return an item within 30 days of the shipment date. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable (e.g., the $5 shipping & handling charge for continental U.S. orders under $100 or the actual shipping charge to Bettz Designs for international orders, orders to Alaska and Hawaii and orders $100 or over). Contact us first before shipping an item back to us. Also, please indicate the reason for the return. Return shipping is at the customer's expense. You may want to insure your return as we are not responsible for lost or misdirected returns. If you paid by credit card, a credit will be issued against you credit card minus the shipping charge. In such a case the credit will appear on your credit card billing statement. If you return an item for exchange you will be charged shipping for the replacement item. Custom orders are not returnable. This includes orders where the fabric for an item is provided by the customer. If a pin is ordered for a bag, we will not put the pin on the bag; it is up to the customer to put the pin on. Once the pin has been put on the bag by the customer, the bag is not returnable, since the pin leaves a permanent hole in many of the fabrics and ribbons. Gift certificates are not returnable. Items bought with a gift certificate are exchangeable within 30 days of shipment, but are not returnable. Wholesale orders are not returnable. Full shipping and handling are charged for all wholesale orders.

Shipping

We ship for free by UPS Ground or by another shipping method for any orders $100 or over within continental U.S., except Alaska. For orders under $100 we also ship by UPS Ground (or by another shipping method) and there is a $5 shipping charge for shipping within continental U.S., except Alaska (see next paragraph regarding Alaska). If you would like us to ship by a faster method, let us know and we will give you an estimate of the shipping charge.

We will ship to anywhere in the world. For shipping outside of continental U.S., including shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Canada and other international destinations, we reserve the right to charge actual shipping costs (including insurance and other applicable charges) for all orders. Once you have placed an order we will e-mail you with shipping alternatives and prices.

We make all items to order. Because of this, shipping can take up to approximately 4 weeks. Most of the time we ship sooner. If shipping will be significantly longer or shorter than this we will let you know. If you need your order sooner than this, please let us know, as we will make every effort to accomodate your requirements. We will let you know by e-mail if we can accomodate your requirements.
